Our law firm has been practicing immigration law since 1997. We have been focusing on K-1 fiancee visa law and have assisted clients all over the U.S. and around the world.

Attorney Theodore Huang is the lead attorney and has extensive experience with Chinese fiancees. He travels regularly to China to visit the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou. He has represented numerous couples and handled thousands of questions about the K-1 process. He is an attorney in excellent standing with his state bar and is a 1996 graduate of Loyola Law School.

Attorney Huang has written an extensive Visa Guide that focuses only on the K-1 process. It includes the interview as well as the immigration inspection process.
